The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from BYTIMOTHY. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and BYTIMOTHY.

World wide delivery only 9 Euro.

Delivery of goods from BYTIMOTHY is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. If you do not receive the ordered goods within normal delivery time, please contact us so we can have the package requested.

By law, you have a 14-day right of return. Ie. if you regret the purchase, BYTIMOTHY must have received the item returned within 14 days of delivery. However, we would like to point out that there is no right of return for custom-made goods. 

You have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. We point out that if you receive a poster in paper tubes, the poster MUST be wrapped in tissue paper or possibly. bubble wrap around the ends when you send it back in cardboard tubes. Otherwise it may be curled during transport and we will not refund money for items that are damaged. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will get your money back when we have received the item back and inspected it. You pay for the freight return to BYTIMOTHY. Please send as a package so that your package can be tracked.

Unfortunately, we can not exchange your items for another color or size. Please place a new order on the website if you want an exchange.

If there are errors or defects in a delivery from BYTIMOTHY, you must contact us as soon as possible by mail (see under the item “Contact”). If you want to complain about an item, it is your duty to state and, on request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. We are very happy to receive pictures of the shortage.

As a starting point, you can complain about manufacturing defects that appear no later than two years after you have received the item, provided that the item has not been breached. We will assess the complaint – if it is due to wear and tear, incorrect maintenance or use, the right of complaint can not be asserted. When we receive a complaint about an item, we will decide whether the item should be exchanged or whether the money should be refunded.

Information about appeal possibilities: A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint.
